Organic Form No.7, 2024, acrylic on panel 24 x 72 inches

I’m deeply honored to share that my work has been selected for a year-long installation at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Exhibition Space on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. Curated by Iris Jaffe and chosen by the staff and board at the infusion center, the project will begin at the end of April 2026.

Titled Energy Field, the installation will feature a group of paintings from my ongoing Organic Series and centers around the question:

“What does healing look like to you?”

Conceived as a kind of solarium, a place of light, warmth, and renewal, the installation transforms the waiting space into an environment of perceptual restoration. Through layered acrylic painting, vibratory color relationships, and rhythmic botanical forms, the works explore color as a living force capable of awakening the senses and calming the mind.

The paintings will be installed in dialogue with natural sound environments by Moodsonic, creating a gentle multisensory field. Prisms will refract sunlight into shifting bands of color throughout the space, extending the paintings into the air itself as daylight moves across the room.

Visitors will also be invited to participate. Colored pencils and drawing prompts will encourage reflection through color and mark-making. Participants may take their drawings home or contribute them to a growing wall of shared expression within the space.

Together, vibratory pigment, refracted light, ambient sound, and personal creation create an environment that encourages focus, restoration, and sensory awareness.

I’m incredibly grateful to curator Iris Jaffe and the staff at the infusion center for their trust in this project. More details to come as the installation approaches.
